Student, activist, founder of the «kintseva» initiative for the protection of Ukrainian mosaics

Oleh is a researcher and activist, founder and author of the project Kintseva, dedicated to documenting and rethinking Ukrainian mosaic bus stops from the Soviet era. He explores their artistic and sociocultural value, promotes heritage through lectures, podcasts, and publications, and organizes community clean-ups and restoration efforts for these sites. Additionally, Oleh co-organizes clean-ups at the ruins of the castle in Iziaslav, fostering a community around the preservation of historical heritage and the development of local culture. Instagram

My greatest fear is to spend my whole life walking the same roads.

I am motivated by people who remain true to themselves despite circumstances.

My best investments are the time and energy I put into learning, traveling, and hands-on experience.

I want us to value and protect not only mosaics but the full diversity of heritage that makes Ukraine rich and unique.

For me, the greatest measure of success is seeing how people are inspired by what I do.

One of the most important lessons for me has been to value all stages of my development and understand that growth is not only a constant upward movement.
