Kostiantyn is a photographer who, together with his wife, creates documentary works about the war in Ukraine. Since February 24, 2022, their efforts have focused on capturing life on the frontlines, where they actively collaborate with military personnel and volunteers. He work not only documents history but also combats misinformation and draws the world's attention to the war. One of his photographs was selected by Time magazine as one of the 100 best photographs of 2022. Also he works on documentary projects, including the film Krynky, and plans to publish a book and a photo album. Facebook

Through the lens, I constantly see the strength of the human spirit — even in the darkest times, people find the courage to help others and fight for the future.

Be open to new things — it sounds cliché, but it works. Don’t dismiss knowledge that seems irrelevant right now — because you never know what you’ll need tomorrow.

Dreams and desires are very simple now but extremely important. I want all our boys and girls to come home.

Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Life is a series of experiments, and it’s through them that you’ll find your way.

Don’t postpone your dreams for tomorrow; don’t wait for better conditions. Your time is today. Take bold steps, even if you don’t know where they’ll lead.

Vasyl Stus, in his fight for truth and freedom, paid the highest price. His example reminds me that the struggle for justice and humanity is always worth the effort, even if the path is difficult.
